As an eco-friendly processing technology, enzyme treatment possesses the benefits of energy saving and biodegradability. The application range of enzyme in dyeing and finishing industry is expanding, and the technology is gradually mature, but there still exists some problems to be solved. Enzymes available for dyeing and finishing process have been introduced in this paper. The existing problems have been analyzed by the view of technology and industry, and some rationalization proposals have also been put forward.
