The reactive dyes cold pad dyeing technology has obvious advantages in energy saving and reduce emissions, however, sodium silicate and caustic soda used as fixing base will reduce the stability of dye solution, produce the silicone dirt, and cut down the success rate of dyeing. The new fixing base has been found in this experiment through research on the stability of dye solution is DA-GS 710, and experiment showed that the new fixing base did not only increase the success rate of dyeing, but also had a good effect in color fastness and color aberration.
