A lot of research on microwave technology applied in textile dyeing has been done at home and board. The microwave technology, its principle and advantages were introduced in this paper. The processing and theoretical research on the dyeing of cotton, polyester, acrylic, viscose fabrics by microware have been summarized. The application and effects of microwave technology used on different fabrics were discussed in detail sorted by dyes and process.
