Trials about pre-shrinking of high thermo-shrinking filament using the XORELLA vacuum conditioning and heat setting machine and dyeing in FONG’S package machine indicate that the quality has been meliorated effectively; each bobbin weight has been increased, the yarn loss has been lessened and the cost has been reduced after the processing of XO-saturated steam.
