The GB/T 13832—1992 Angora Rabbit Hair was amended in order to meet the need of economic market. This article discussed the principles which must be followed when amending new standard;summarized the specific characteristics of new standard; expounded characteristics of rabbit hair on class I and class II, and introducted and set up new technical parameters of this two types of rabbit hair. This article also evaluated the new standard objectively and systematically.
