The global organic textile standard version 2.0 which is the latest research and development achievement of organic textile standard is the focus of higher quality textile market. This paper emphasized on requirements about prohibited and restricted substances in all processing stages as the final organic textiles, which could assist all processing and trading sectors to understand and realize the idiographic requirements of GOTS 2.0 about organic textiles, so that they could face the increasing popularization of GOTS 2.0.
