This article carried out a detailed introduction of The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) of USA about the process of promulgation, main contents and current process of implementation. According to this act that many U.S. buyers already have begun to take strict quality monitoring on related consumer products which come from China, and recall cases occurred constantly, so the domestic enterprises must draw high attention to it.
