Abstract: Composite materials reinforced by carbon/glass fiber knitted fabric have good stretch proofing and corrosion resistant properties and they can substitute the steel bar in reinforced concrete. The article introduces how to select the raw materials, the specification of fabric and the choice of impregnant during making such composite materials and analyzes the testing results of the reinforcing fabric.
