The article introduces the process of developing high-count-density satin striped fabric. Different from conventional design, it uses 7-end warp satin step four weave as ground weave, while 6/1 ＋ 1/6 as edge weave. By optimizing sizing process and fine-tune the process parameters on loom, a fabric with unique style is woven.
