The weaving speed of shuttleless looms is multiple of shuttle looms and “small shed, big tension”are usually adopted by shuttleless looms, which needs yarns with such properties as increased tenacity, guaranteed elongation, abrasion-proof and low hairiness. Aiming at the size appropriate to new type yarns, this paper has adopted high pressure size boiling apparatus and multi-unit driving sizing machine to achieve the key points of the sizing for new type of yarns.
