This paper has summarized the features of pattern and arrangement in multi-bar raschel lace patterns design and studied methods of how to realize fine aesthetic design effects while keeping a smooth manufacturing process in the meantime. By having analyzed three major processes namely the feasible arrangement ways with reasonable degree of guide bar using and the delicateness of yarn transition as well as the logical distribution of weaving construction, different patterns with distinctive design characteristics were better served by the fabric construction and a viable way to attain a good pattern design for raschel lace fabric is concluded in the paper.
