Several methods regarding green textile warp sizing is introduced in the paper. By taking a holistic green lifecycle concept, the sizing process is upgraded by using new sizes, applying microwave and plasma technology such that a low-carbon sizing system could be formed and the ecological label of low carbon could be prepared.
