Based on double-layer design concept, this paper analyzed and tested the factors affecting the perspective effect of double-layer worsted tweed, which mainly includes the structure of yarn and fabric, color configuration, tightness ratio of surface layer to inner layer, tying method of knot yarn, and so on. Furthermore, the authors also presented the QC measures in the production of this kind of fabric.
