The basic theory of computerized jacquard, preparation of knitting process controlling data and control system implementation have been discussed in this paper. The relevant study on the core technology of jacquard hosiery machine, such as solenoid valve drive of needle selection, CPLD timing control, Flash-pattern data storage, have been carried out.
