The experimental proof has been obtained through the comparison and analysis of the two pattern design methods with bias segmentation line --- bias cutting and straight cutting. The paper puts forward a conversion relationship between bias cutting and straight cutting. Thus, the accurate model of instant plane pattern design can be achieved through the application of bias cutting.
