The article analyzes the principles of different methods for testing garment pressure that are commonly adopted at home and abroad, with detailed discussion about the constitution, characteristics and latest research progress of typical pressure sensor-based testing system. Based on objective testing results, it points out that the combination of state-of-the-art sensor technology with computer technology will make multi-data collection, real-time recording and data analysis more convenient. The development of objective pressure measuring technology will help facilitate the research on garment pressure comfort in an in-depth, systematic and digital way and offer important reference to the designing of pressure garment.
