From the investigation, the research analysed the fashion designers’ needs for resource in their working process. Aiming at the design of specialized category, a computer-aided-design resource system for woman´ s pants is developed. By the interpretation of the system, the paper introduced its functions and features. The purposes and prospect of the research is to help the designer to respond quickly, to establish share mechanism and to build foundation for the knowledge managment of the enterprises.
