This paper started with the analysis of basic structures of cap heights, sleeve widths as well as armholes and discussed the coordination between diversified sleeve shapes and armholes. Aesthetics and functionality of cap height and armhole must be calculated and the technical compatibility between the two cannot be neglected either.
