Shanxi province is an important birthplace of Chinese clothing culture, he also has rich tourism resources. This article discusses how to build a reasonable model of industry-university research cooperation (IURC) for Shanxi tourism attire. The author advocates establishing the technological innovation system of market-oriented and government-led model.
