Para-aramid fiber is “ace material”for aviation and defense industries in developed countries. The article introduces the developing trend of this fiber at home and abroad, and based on discussing the technical features of production and latest progress in research, it also explores the basic ideas for industrializing the production of para-aramid fiber.
