PPS fiber is one of the novel synthetic fibers with high performance. Due to its excellent performance on thermostability,chemical resistance and flame retardancy, the fiber has widely used in the fields such as environment protection, electronic, machinery, automobile, aerospace. This article introduced status quo of PPS fiber at home and abroad, and put forward some suggestions on development of domestic PPS industry.
