Strengthening macro-control efforts, stepping up the establishment of innovative mechanisms, and actively promoting the healthy development of China´s high-tech fiber industry will help to break the blockade and the monopoly of foreign technology, accelerate industrial upgrading and adjustment, and enhance the overall competitiveness of related industries.
