Abstract: China will launch a pilot project on carbon emission trading during the 12th Five-Year Plan, and Chinese chemical fiber industry needs to pay more attention on this, as the production capacity of re-PET is said to be more than 6 million tons. To promote the development of recycled chemical fiber industry, the article analyzed the environment effect of re-PET with chemical or physical process in detail, hoping this issue can get extensive attention from the insiders.
