Flame-resistant fiber, as the name suggests, can resist fire because of its special molecular structure.It has been paid attention some 20 years ago overseas, and relative laws and regulations were drew up accordingly. While in China, the situation was different, except for the booming of towers and unfortunately, the recurrence of terrible fire disastersin towers, flame-resistant fiber is valued gradually.This paper introduced the development status quo of flame-resistant fiber at home and abroad comprehensively, hoping the standardization and relative regulations development of this industry to be better and perfect day by day.
