Although China´s chemical fiber industry is meeting a rapid development in recent years ，the development of new kinds of spinning finish does not keep the pace. It is essential to develop some new spinning finishes of high-efficiency and eco-friendly for China´s chemical fiber industry. The development status quo, main ingredients and requirements of domestic spinning finishes were presented in detail in this article, as well as the production process of PP and PET FDY using spinning finishes. In addition, the author pointed that it is a trend to develop eco-friendly spinning finishes which can meet the rapid speed spinning process.
