MVS and MHS are the most prevalent methods adopted to produce monofilaments. The former, which is primarily used for the production of ornamental and home textiles materials, comprises a one-step process and a two-step process. Comparatively, the one-step process is more efficient, low-cost, low-energy-consumption with higher spinning speed and stable quality. This paper has introduced the one-step filament manufacturing equipment developed by Chonglee Machinery Engineering including correlated techniques, parameters and performances. Domestic and international development of MVS method was also compared.
