The core-spun yarn is one kind of product with nice prospect, which can balance advantage and disadvantage of filaments and staple fibers. This paper analyzed the classification of core-spun yarns, introduced two kinds of spinning device, and illustrated the key points in spinning, prevention of yarn defection and end product development.
