Developments of new kinds of spinning technology and improvements of ring spinning technology have been analyzed in this paper, and the result shows that rotor spinning and air-jet spinning technology have more advantages, such as shorter production flow, higher quality, less labour cost. By investigating compact spinning, composite spinning technology, the paper points out that the different spinning methods will be integrated in spinning mills in the future.
