Abstract: With the constant development of electronic technology and sensor technology, autolevellers are being constantly improved. At present, most of the latest versions of blowing-carding ranges are equipped with autoleveller, which plays important role in reducing the irregularity of the output sliver. The paper analyzes the reasons of sliver irregularity and the characteristics of autoleveler, and a blend-loop autoleveller based on fuzzy control concept newly developed for blowing-carding range with integrated hopper is particularly analyzed.
