In this paper, the development and present status of the application of rotor spinning technology in wool sector at home and abroad are outlined; the existing rotor-spun wool yarn are introduced; the adaptability of rotor spinning technology to the raw materials of wool spinning is analyzed; and some advices are given on using rotor spinning technology in wool sector.
