By analyzing the characteristics of rotor-spun yarn, the article discusses some particular requirements of rotor spinning process on chemical fibers, which are different from those of conventional ring spinning process, offering reference information for improving the quality of chemical fiber rotor-spun yarn, expanding application of rotor-spun yarn and increasing rotor speed.
