In the paper, the developments of Chinese patent technology of compact spinning are introduced by searching and analysing the published Chinese patent concerned. By comparing the behaviors of different applicants, the author presents appraisal and analysis from the view of patent application,then gives suggestions on the development of Chinese patent technology of compact spinning.
