This article introduced three models of blowing and carding processes for regenerated cellulosic fiber, which were cotton-spinning model, short-process model and blowing-carding model, and analyzed the basic principles of spinning process that were described as compact process, flexible carding, high speed ratio, low speed,slightly larger twist factor of both roving and spinning, small nip of spinning, keep moisture and adopt relative countermeasures to avoid blocking and tangling in accordance with the fibers’ performance, etc. Furthermore, the author pointed out the questions to be studied, including spinning equipment and components.
