After introducing several elements in cotton-carding process including licker-in, crosrol web cleaner, back stationary flat gauge, card wire carding plate, as well as removing of non-mature fiber and its impact to carding process, this article pointed out that it was necessary to control the content of non-mature fiber batch by batch during spinning and take this as a guideline, so as to improve the quality of whole production.
