On the basis of analysis on advantages and disadvantages of the present yarn doubling technologies, PPW–A precision propeller assembly winder has been introduced in terms of single spindle control, product quality and productivity, yarn winding principle, bobbin capacity, length control, patterning and investment, which can be used as reference for machinery investment and research and manufacturing of the same equipment.
