Abstract: Based on Sunburner/Modal blended yarn, the paper makes an approach to the fiber blending method, the accuracy of blending ratio and the quality control of yarn. Production practice shows that the key for controlling the quality of specially blended 14.8 tex yarn lies in pretreatment, opening & cleaning and carding processes. Therefore, scientific blending method and precise control must be guaranteed.
