Abstract: The paper first analyzed the working principle of a combing machine comprising a rotating circular comb which is described in a foreign patent and then it introduced a three-nipper single-cylinder combing machine with a rotating comb. The working principle, mechanical composition and key points in the combing process of this new machine are discussed.
