For improving the quality of spun yarn, applying spinning press bar spacer in the front drafting zone of spinning frame. Firstly, the mechanism of pressure bar was introduced，and the reasons of hard end was analyzed. Though adopting technology by roving twist factor, draft multiple in back zone, roller gauge, nip gauge and press of top arm, the problem of hard end was solved, the quality of spun yarn was improved.
