Upgrading obsolete spinning machinery with high-efficiency ones is a necessary approach for spinning mills to improve product quality, reduce labor, bring down energy cost and in the meantime,elevate the overall economic performance. Several types of domestically-made spinning machinery developed during the 11^th Five-Year Plan period were introduced in the paper for the reference of machinery upgrading of some spinning mills.
