Based on production practices, this paper elaborated on various demands that drive the technological innovation of textile enterprises, namely, for improvement demand; specific demand;guiding demand and internal demand. The authors discussed how to use research models (such as independent research; cooperative research; introduction, digestion and innovation) to carry out technological innovation activities. The authors believe that technological innovation is a systematic project, while talent is the key.
