SVHC are the key object of control in REACH law of EU. They have to be authorized and then they may be sold and used on EU market. In order to apply for an authorization, their substitutes and substitution plan have to be put forward. The substitute research and the progress of 22 chemicals within the realm of the textile auxiliary in the SVHC candidates list, which has already been put forward by ECHA, at home and abroad were described in this article. It will contribute to the successful entrance of the products of our country to EU market.
