Expanding R&D Investment to new products is the only way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Healthy national technology transfer mechanism could significantly promote the improvement of the whole industry´s competitiveness. The national innovation system with universities, research institutions, enterprises and industry associations to participate plays a key role in the technology transfer process.
