With the acceleration of industrial transfer, the national value chain (NVC) reconstruction of Chinese textile and apparel industry is accelerated. China has the advantage of a big country and industrial basis, but also facing many constraints on the construction of NVC of Chinese textile and apparel industry. To speed up the construction pace of NVC, China must strengthen the midwest foundation and supporting capacity, improve the regional cooperation mechanism, and cultivate leading enterprises and so on.
