This article explained some advanced cases and models of research and diffusion mechanism for industrial genetic technology in developed countries, and summarized their experience in process of development and implementation. This paper put forward some suggestion on development strategy of research and diffusion mechanism of textile industrial genetic technology in China through comparative analysis.
