Contracting Out of Textile Logistics Based on Supply Chain Integration

Abstract: With the world economy stepping into an era of globalization and informationization, market competition no longer merely refers to the competition between enterprises, but also means the competition between to supply chains. A revolution is inevitable for the textile supply chain, while logistics contracting out can be regarded as a good cut-in point for textile enterprises to streamline the supply chain. Based on introducing the state-quo of textile supply chain in China, the paper analyzes the components of the supply chain and the competitive advantages brought to enterprises by logistics contracting out. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions on how to manage logistics contracting out during the integration of textile supply chain.
