By analyzing the present situation of textile industrial clusters, the article points out some problems existing in the development process of industrial clusters and puts forward relevant measures. Based on industrial clusters, Chinese textile industry can on one hand obtain cost advantage, and on the other hand secure its leading position with a more advanced way, making it possible to guarantee the constant upgrading and sustainable development of industrial clusters.
