As China is the largest textiles supplier in the world, it is important for Chinese textile enterprises and trading companies to have knowledge of the control over textile import exercised by the customs of the importer. Starting with the structure of tax regulations of the United States and the categories of restricted textile products, the article introduces the control and relevant measures exercised by the United States Customs over the textile products imported from China, aimed to offer some reference to Chinese exporters and help them smoothly clear customs.
