From 2008 annual list of the top fashion cities, people might get inspiration that it is necessary for Guangzhou to self-position as a top fashion city. This thesis discussed the aspects of the present situation and the future development of Guangzhou and Liuhua fashion circus by studying the Liuhua model. At last, the author put forward the original assumption, which is helpful to build up a "cheap & chic" city.
