Feb 4, the State Department issued "Textile Industry Adjustment and Revitalization Plan", defined the textile industry as a livelihood, pillar and international competitive advantage industry. Recent years, Henan province develops rapidly. Every index shows the trend of undertaking the transfer of textile industry from east is beginning to show. In order to accelerate the structure adjustment and upgrade of textile industry in Henan, it´ s crucial to study the plan of cotton textile industry and provide the guidance for its development. The article discussed some measures or approaches for the promotion of cotton textile industry in Henan.
