The framing of the technical routemap of textile and apparel industry is carried out towards the objective of assembling industry technical resources and promoting industry structural upgrade. To properly forecast the developing tendency of China textile technology and clutching pivotal technologies, several major technological areas including new material manufacturing technology, garment design and manufacturing technology, eco-friendly textile products and energy-saving and emission-reduction technology, textile machinery innovation and textile industry informatization were to be further researched.
